Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid consultations offered by Networking Systems for employment consulting and healthcare recruitment guidance in Germany. It does not cover official authority fees, translation costs, or employer decisions.

Eligibility

Refunds depend on how much advisory work has already been delivered against your engagement note.

Timeframe

Cancel in writing (email) at least 48 hours before a scheduled advisory call for a full refund of that unused call fee. Package refunds requested within 14 days of payment are assessed against work already started.

Full refund

Available when you cancel before document audit work begins and before any advisory call takes place, or if we cancel an engagement we cannot staff.

Partial refund

If a document audit or first call is complete, we refund the unused portion of the package minus the value of work delivered, as itemised in your engagement note.

Non-refundable items

• Completed advisory calls and delivered written recognition maps
• Third-party costs you paid directly (translations, apostilles, authority fees)
• Deposits explicitly marked non-refundable after employer outreach has started, where stated in your note

Refund process

Email info@networking-systems.digital with your name, invoice reference, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a call once without charge if you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Later changes may count as a used session.

No-shows

Missing a scheduled call without notice uses that session in your package.

Work already started

Once we have issued a written deliverable (for example a recognition map or Lebenslauf rewrite), that component is considered delivered for refund calculations.

Deposits

Matching packages may require a deposit. After first employer introductions are sent, the deposit is generally applied to the package and not returned, except where we fail to perform the agreed outreach.
