About

Built around recognition files, not job-board noise

Networking Systems advises internationally qualified healthcare staff who want to practise in Germany. We sit between foreign diplomas, German authorities, and clinic hiring desks — translating each side’s requirements into a sequence you can follow.

Portrait of a healthcare professional in clinical attire

Origin

The practice grew from repeated conversations with nurses and therapists who arrived in Nordrhein-Westfalen with strong clinical skills and incomplete recognition dossiers. Clinics wanted staff; candidates wanted clarity. We organised those conversations into structured consultations: document audits, employer introductions timed to recognition status, and orientation once an offer is signed.

How we work

Every engagement starts with your profession, country of training, language certificates, and preferred region. We do not promise recognition outcomes or invent vacancies. We prepare correspondence that answers what authorities and HR actually request, then stay available while letters move through public offices and hospital recruitment teams.

People

Advisory work is led by consultants with backgrounds in healthcare HR liaison and international candidate coaching. Sessions are available remotely across Germany, with optional meetings at our Nettersheim office when document review benefits from sitting together over paper copies.

Values in practice

  • Honest timelines — government processing is not something we dramatise or disguise.
  • Profession-specific language — nursing handovers, midwifery scopes, and therapy caseloads are not treated as interchangeable CVs.
  • Client ownership — you keep your documents and decide when to contact employers.
